Davor Zidaric

Fast-food expert & Product Developer, Lantmännen Unibake Sweden

"The best thing about being a product developer in the bakery business is having the opportunity to develop and create new types of bread, to be part of the value chain and make us of grain, and finally, to turn it into delicious servings for our customers and consumers."

"When I develop new products, I always think food portion. You have to see the bread as part of the whole meal and take into account both filling and function. The bread is your canvas and the filling of the bread your opportunity to create something unique."
