Tarra Nilsson

We asked Tarra which experiences sha has brought with her from previous roles at Lantmännen: “The network of contacts and the understanding that Lantmännen is a large Group, with different focuses in different operations, but above all that we help and support each other regardless of role. I have the sense that everyone wants things to go well for Lantmännen and for our Swedish farmers – our owners. Another aspect I take with me is to dare trying new things. Lantmännen has so many exciting challenges and opportunities. You just need the courage to ask!”

Jakob Söderström

Owning the value chain, from field to fork, for me means endless possibilities!”

"The quality I value the most in my colleagues is an open mind - that makes the development work much easier and more enjoyable. "According to me, the best thing about Lantmännen is our tasty and healthy products and the international work environment. The things I value the most with my job, as a Process and Application Manager at the crisp bread factory in Kotka, is the fact that it is challenging and extremely varied. If you wish to pursue a career at Lantmännen, my best tip is to have the courage to take on challenges, to acknowledge mistakes - and learn from them, to provide encouragement and to be positive."

Pauline Ädel

Davor Zidaric
