“For me, Lantmännen is: the grain value chain, farmers and pride! Working for a company that works with such interesting things as bio-refineries, cultivation and food production and at the same time contributes to the profitability for Swedish farmers, is something that really suits me. I want to be proud of what my employer does and how we create value for our owners - both in the long and short term. And I am really proud of working at Lantmännen.”

Mats Olsson

Process and Application Manager, Kotka, Finland

"According to me, the best thing about Lantmännen is our tasty and healthy products and the international work environment. The things I value the most with my job, as a Process and Application Manager at the crisp bread factory in Kotka, is the fact that it is challenging and extremely varied. If you wish to pursue a career at Lantmännen, my best tip is to have the courage to take on challenges, to acknowledge mistakes - and learn from them, to provide encouragement and to be positive."
