Our story began over 100 years ago, when Swedish farmers came together to create new ways of working with grain. Ever since, Lantmännen has been all about developing a profitable and sustainable business. Today we are an international and growing Group with operations in over 20 countries. Who we are
Today, we are an international and growing Group with operations in over 20 countries, across the entire value chain – from field to fork. With a growing world population, increasing climate change and more conscious consumers – demand for more innovative and responsible grain solutions is greater than ever. For us to be able to continue being at the forefront and create new ways of using grain, we need employees who challenge each other and themselves - people who want to grow together from field to fork.
Our operations are divided into three sectors and two business areas - agriculture, energy, food, Swecon and real estate. Lantmännen is also a partner in several international companies.

Lantmännen Cerealia
At Lantmännen Cerealia, we develop, produce and market a large range of tasty and sustainable products under well-known brands, such as Kuolunäkki, AXA, Amo, Regal and GoGreen. In this way, we turn a tiny little grain into something amazing and create value from field to fork.
Agriculture Sector
The Agriculture Sector constitutes Lantmännen’s core business and spans several areas. This means that the Agricultural Sector can offer opportunities in various fields – from production to research, to machinery, feed, sales and more.
Lantmännen Unibake
Lantmännen Unibake is a global leader in bakery products and specialized in bake off and fresh bakery products. We strive to combine tradition and innovation to match today's trends. Baking is our passion and we want to see our bread and pastries make people satisfied and happy.
Energy Sector
The Energy Sector is Sweden’s largest producer of bioenergy products and the Sector’s companies manufacture and market sustainable ethanol, protein feed, starch products and more. We constantly seek new solutions and possibilities to develop, both our business and ourselves.
Swecon
Swecon is a partner of Volvo Construction Equipment and a dealer of machines for the construction industry in several countries. We are part of Lantmännen and strive to continue finding new solutions by challenging ourselves and deepening our skills.
