We are now in the middle of our 2023-2024 Program "Circular Futures". More information about the next program will come after the summer of 2024.
What happens to the received ideas?
All the received ideas are read and evaluated by cross-functional teams representing different businesses and Group R&D during November.
Among the received ideas, Lantmännen senior management will choose 5-10 most potential internal ideas to be further developed in the Accelerator in the spring by small cross-functional teams. The cross-functional teams will be set in January together with senior leadership and supervisors from respective businesses. When you are sending in your idea, you can say if you would be interested to develop your idea further in Accelerator - or if you just want to send in your brilliant idea for others to develop further! And maybe not some of the great ideas don’t need further development in Accelerator but are ready or almost ready to implemented in some parts of the business as such or through the local investment processes. All ideas are stored for possible use!
All, who have sent an idea to the open call, will get a reply in December.

Hackathon in spring 2023
The most interesting and potential ideas from external start-ups, researchers and other collaborators are invited to Hackathon.
In Hackathon, each of the selected external teams co-develops their idea together with Lantmännen colleagues in a 2-3 day intensive event, focusing in joint business model and business case.
Hackathon will take place physically in February-March, the dates will be confirmed later. Stay tuned for more information about Hackathon and how to apply in!
