If you would describe Lantmännen Unibake with three words, what would those be?

Familial, Ambition, Responsibility

What is your impression of Lantmännen Unibake as an employer?

I think Lantmännen Unibake has the right focus, and I feel that the company is forward-thinking and investing. This can be seen in all the projects and improvements that are planned, both regarding the development of the production facilities and our impact on the environment. We have a secure workplace that takes health and safety seriously and actively works to improve it.

What's the best part of your job?

I find that I have a stimulating and challenging work environment where no day is the same, and I have very friendly and competent colleagues. I have the opportunity to influence and be part of driving the company forward, which I find enjoyable and important. My work involves a broad range of tasks; sometimes I'm involved in solving challenges at a detailed level, and other days I work on future strategies. I enjoy building foundations and developing efficient standardized work methods, and from there, driving improvements and efficiency, which I feel I get to do here. I have the opportunity to develop clear and concise guidelines, which I believe are fundamental to success and creating an efficient organization. The most important thing is that I feel that I contribute and make a difference, while also having fun. And that, I feel here!

What would you say to someone considering applying for a job with us?

Apply! Here, you will get to work in a challenging environment with a fast pace, and you will have the opportunity to influence. You will work with competent people with strong commitment who are proud of what they do. There's a lot happening, and the company is investing; there is optimism about the future. There are development opportunities in the company, which means opportunities to grow, both locally and globally.

Our values - openness, holistic view, and drive - what do they mean to you?

Openness to me, means having honest and clear communication and sharing information. I think information is very important; it's the basis for making correct decisions, both in the short and long term. It's also important to have an open atmosphere and to dare to raise questions that may not always be pleasant. It's important to have your voice heard and feel listened to.

A holistic view for me means sometimes looking beyond and trying to see how your work affects others. It's about understanding how things are interconnected and working for the greater good; sometimes, a small effort from you at a certain point can make things much easier for someone else. We do this together; we just have different roles, but ultimately, we have the same goal. It's important that we take care of each other and collaborate to achieve the goal.

It's also important to take responsibility and understand why you're doing something. One of the most important questions is "why"; if you know the answer, it often leads to and increase in taking responsibility, and it feels more meaningful, and above all, it creates understanding.

Drive, it's a word I like. For me, it means taking action and making things happen; I don't expect anyone else to solve the problem. I raise questions, make decisions, and drive things forward. It also means being brave at times, daring to try new things, thinking outside the familiar "box", and even challenging the system. Being willing to change and challenge old ways of working, and as I mentioned earlier, asking the question "why", those are examples of initiative for me.

Have you had time to find a favorite product? If so, which one is it and why?

Potato hot dog bun, in addition to the sausage several tasty toppings can be added, and the bread has just the right fluffiness.
