Lanthem, with Lantmännen and Hemsö, acquires property in Eslöv – the Police's largest tenant

News, 2025

Lantmännen Fastigheter's and Hemsö's jointly owned company, Lanthem, has acquired a property in Eslöv with the Swedish Police as the main tenant. In November 2024, Lanthem acquired nine community service properties on Gotland, and the acquisition in Eslöv complements the property portfolio.

The property, Rovan 15, has a premises area of approximately 6,000 m² and is fully leased to the Police, but also to Avonova Hälsa, which rents a smaller area. The acquisition is another step in Lanthem's long-term plan to develop and manage socially important properties. The seller is Skånes Företagsservice AB.

"Together with Hemsö, we are two strong and very experienced parties. Both the investments and the ownership are long-term, which is fundamental for both Lanthem and the socially important operations that our tenants conduct," says Joachim Haas, CEO of Lantmännen Fastigheter.

Lantmännen Fastigheter, which is responsible for the technical operation of Lanthem, already has extensive property management in Eslöv.

"Lantmännen Real Estate and Hemsö formed the joint venture company Lanthem to develop and manage community properties. The acquisition of the community property in Eslöv fits well into the management structure, and we look forward to a good and long-term cooperation with our new tenants," says Petter Melin, operational manager for Lanthem and regional manager for Lantmännen Real Estate in Skåne.

Before the transfer, which will take place at the turn of the year 2025/2026, the seller will carry out a major tenant adaptation for the Police.

"With Lanthem as the new owner, we ensure that our tenants are in safe hands through a stable and experienced manager. This is very important in both our daily operations and in the property sales that are carried out," says Ulrika Andersson, CEO, Skånes Företagsservice AB.
