Gotland

Gotland is home to intensive agricultural production, supported by its unique geographical location compared with the rest of Sweden. Livestock production plays an important role on the island, which is why there is a feed mill, dairy, and slaughterhouse. Grain are grown both for animal feed and for the milling industry. Other common crops include forage grass, silage maize, and oilseed crops. The island is also home to many vegetable producers. The district has approximately 660 members.
