Dala-Aros

The Dala-Aros district is characterized by significant variation in its agricultural landscape. In southern Västmanland, large-scale farming operations dominate, with intensive grain cultivation and livestock farming, including pigs. Southern Dalarna is also characterized by large agricultural units focused on grains and dairy production. In the northern part of the district, dairy and beef are prominent, while potatos are important in northwestern Dalarna. The district has 1,010 members.
