Lantmännen is an agricultural cooperative and Northern Europe’s leader in agriculture, machinery, bioenergy and food products.
Lantmännen Fastigheter’s task is to provide the Group’s businesses with appropriate properties and optimize the return on externally leased properties. The Business Area accounts for 1 percent of the Group’s sales.
Lantmännen Fastigheter manages Lantmännen's properties. The business is run on market terms and includes commercial premises such as offices, shops, workshops and warehouses. The premises are rented out both externally and internally. Lantmännen Agrovärme, which previously belonged to Lantmännen Fastigheter, was divested in 2022.
