Lantmännen Terms and Conditions

As Supplier, you hereby confirm that, at receipt of a purchase order from Lantmännen, and as long as no other terms have been agreed in writing or if such an agreement in writing is incomplete, for instance without reference to the general terms and conditions for goods or services as well as the Lantmännen Supplier code of Conduct, the following shall be applied between the parties.

  1. The Supplier shall send an order confirmation directly to the Buyer’s email within one (1) business day stating expected date of delivery. The Supplier undertakes to pay attention to any changes to the purchase order made by the Buyer, and to confirm such change or to inform the Buyer if such change is not possible to execute.
  2. Delivery shall be made within the agreed time of delivery to the delivery address of the Buyer in accordance with the purchase order. The Supplier shall inform the Buyer of any deviation from the purchase order (for instance if not possible to deliver on time) as soon as possible.
  3. If possible, the total price stated at the purchase order shall include costs for transportation, processing, service or similar which will be invoiced.
  4. The price of the purchase order states the net price after any deductions such as rebates or similar have been made.
  5. In case the Buyer and the Supplier have not agreed on a fixed price in advance, the price on the purchase order is indicative. The amount to be invoiced the Buyer shall in this case be approved by the Buyer before the invoice is issued.
  6. The Customer shall pay the invoice within 30 days from the date of invoice, on condition that delivery has been made. In case of signed agreement with Lantmännen then it´s the agreed payment terms that should be used.
  7. The Buyer prefers that the Supplier issues an invoice at each order occasion (collective invoicing over time, is only allowed after agreement).
  8. In order for the Buyer to match the invoice against the purchase order, the invoice shall state “Your ref” as well as “Your order No” at the top of the invoice according to the information in the following link: https://lantmannen.com/lantmannensleverantorsportal/fakturakrav/
