Dividend of SEK 1.28 billion to Lantmännen’s members – the highest ever
"It is gratifying that Lantmännen has delivered a result that has made it possible to decide on a record-high dividend to our members, active Swedish farmers. The dividend is important for strengthening agricultural businesses and food production in Sweden. Together with the extra dividend paid earlier this year, this means that more than SEK 2 billion has been provided to Swedish agriculture. I know that this is money needed on the farms," says Jan-Erik Hansson, Chairman of the Board at Lantmännen.
Lantmännen delivered a stable result for 2025. Operating profit, adjusted for items affecting comparability, amounted to SEK 2,108 million.
"I am proud that Lantmännen, despite a challenging year, delivered a stable result that has made the record dividend possible. At the same time, we have continued to carry out strategic investments and acquisitions to drive growth. These are initiatives that also create value for Swedish agriculture and strengthen Sweden’s food preparedness," says Magnus Kagevik, Lantmännen’s President and CEO.
Lantmännen has invested close to SEK 3 billion in Swedish food production and grain infrastructure over the past two years.
The decided dividend of SEK 1.28 billion is in addition to Lantmännen’s extra dividend of SEK 750 million, which was paid to members in February 2026.
