In Karriärföretagen’s survey, Lantmännen was ranked third among social science graduates and among university engineers with 1–4 years of work experience, as well as second place in the overall ranking across all categories.

Each year, Karriärföretagen selects companies in Sweden that offer the best career and development opportunities. In addition, a survey is conducted among young professionals to determine which of the selected companies are considered the most attractive.

This year, a total of 4,635 Young Professionals participated in the survey across the following categories: IT, tech, MSc engineers, BSc engineers, economists/business, social scientists, real estate agents, and lawyers.

The definition of Young Professionals is: individuals between 25–35 years old who have earned an academic degree within the past 1–8 years and started their professional careers.

The categories 1–4 years and 5–8 years refer to the length of professional experience.
