Lantmännen named one of Sweden's most attractive employers for the sixth year in a row

Karriärföretagen highlight Sweden's most attractive employers, so-called Karriärföretag, and are a recognition for companies that offer unique career and development opportunities.

Before an appointment can be considered, a review and score assessment of each company is carried out. Those who meet all the basic criteria are reviewed by a panel of experts who, among other things, score career pages on websites, social media and activities. The employers who receive the highest score are then assessed by a jury, which selects the final winners, who can call themselves Karriärföretag.

Lantmännen has now been named Karriärföretag 2025, for the sixth year in a row.

Lantmännen has been named Karriärföretag 2025 for its great commitment to employee development. The company strives to create a meaningful work environment where employees are encouraged to grow and develop in their roles. Background

Since 2011, Karriärföretagen has annually presented Sweden's most attractive employers for students and young professionals. The selected employers can call themselves Karriärföretag for one year. The purpose of the award is to guide Sweden's students and Young Professionals to their next employer and to draw attention to the companies that conduct successful employer branding work.


The nomination process

Nominated Employers undergo an extensive selection process. In total, more than 1,000 companies and organisations are audited, in a three-step selection process:

1. Basic criteria – to qualify, the company must meet basic requirements, such as having at least 250 employees or a turnover of more than SEK 250 million, as well as conducting active work with employer branding and recruitment.

2. Expert Review – a panel of experts in social media, web, marketing, and HR, reviews companies' career pages, digital presence, and activities aimed at students and professionals.

3. Jury assessment - a qualified jury, consisting of some of Sweden's most respected experts, then selects the final winners who can call themselves Career Companies.
