Since October 2014, the European Commission has investigated Lantmännen Agroetanol and other ethanol producers for alleged violation of EU competition law in ethanol trade.
Lantmännen has been fully cooperative with the European Commission during the investigation and Lantmännen’s provision is considered sufficient.
The date and time of adoption of decision is dependent on the European Commission’s process.
