The Anderson Bakery employs 30 people and is located in Huddinge, in the Stockholm area, with a yearly turnover of 75MSEK. It was founded in 1984 and has been concentrating on bake off baguettes since 2002. The Anderson bakery is one out of two bakeries supplying the Swedish market with bake off baguettes.
“This acquisition supports the Lantmännen Unibake growth and strengthens our bakery business in the Nordic countries”, says Werner Devinck, CEO of Lantmännen Unibake.
The Anderson bakery, today owned by Sven-Åke Andersson and Peter Wiberg, is BRC and organically certified. The bakery is up-to-date with today’s standard due to important investment during the last ten years.
The parties have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.
