It started when I saw an advertisement in the newspaper in 1978, Korvbrödsbagarn was looking for part-time employees. It suited me perfectly; I was 18 and about to get my driver's license and I needed extra money. I called and got an interview with the HR manager at the time, Christina, and was lucky enough to get hired. I started on October 16, 1978 and shared duty with Maja, we worked 4 hours each. Then I started full-time service from February 1979. This is how Inger Karlsson begins her story.
