The interest in the program is strong and Lantmännen received a record number of applications on the last occasion, which underlines the company's position as an employer and the opportunities offered by the graduate trainee program.

– Among social scientists, Vattenfall tops the list, with Lantmännen in second place, followed by Skanska, SEB and Arla, among others.
– Among Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Skanska was ranked first, while Lantmännen was ranked fourth, ahead of players such as Södra, PostNord and Assa Abloy.
– In the survey, which was conducted by Karriärföretagen between December 2024 and January 2025, 2,465 students from different study fields participated.
– The survey highlights the most attractive trainee programmes in six different categories: Economists, IT, Social Scientists, Real Estate Agents, MSc Engineers and BSc Engineers. The students have been asked to choose the three trainee programs they consider to be most attractive from all published programs from selected Career Companies.
