Per Arfvidsson
Per is Deputy CEO and CTO at Lantmännen with many years of experience from Swedish and international industry. He has deep expertise in the conditions, challenges and contribution of agriculture to society. Furthermore, he has discussed food strategies – as well as R&D, export and preparedness issues. A further expertise is domestic input production, including the production of green mineral fertilizers. Per is also Chairman of the Board of Agronod AB (the agricultural data platform) and Chairman of the Board of Sweden Food Arena.
Lars-Gunnar Edh
Lars-Gunnar is Head of Lantmännen's Energy Division. He has extensive experience of leading roles in the basic industry, and likes to talk about energy – not least in combination with agriculture, sustainability and preparedness. Circularity, food ingredients, green proteins and animal feed are further examples of areas of expertise.
Claes Johansson
Claes is Head of Sustainability at Lantmännen. He is one of the Swedish business community's most senior sustainability managers, with broad expertise in sustainability issues throughout the value chain from farm to fork, such as sustainability data, the transition to fossil-free food value chains and biodiversity. Science Based Target and profitability issues linked to sustainability are additional topics where Claes can contribute with knowledge.
Patrik Myrelid
Patrik is Head of Strategy at Lantmännen and one of Sweden's strongest voices in the discussion on agricultural development, food export and preparedness. He is often hired as a speaker, for example at Agricultural Day in the Swedish Parliament. Patrik is a member of the government's expert council for climate change adaptation, as well as in KSLA's agriculture department and also in the steering group for the Strategic Group for Market Accesses for Food Exports. Patrik was named Agronomist of the Year in 2024.
Alarik Sandrup
Alarik is Head of Industrial Policy at Lantmännen and Chairman of the Swedish Bioenergy Association. His expertise is regulatory issues in the agricultural industry, bioenergy, EU policy and food preparedness. He is a member of KSLA, vice-president of the EU trade association for the ethanol industry and has worked with agricultural development in Africa.
Frida Tydén
Frida is Marketing and Communications Director and part of Group Management at Lantmännen. She has a long experience in the agricultural industry, and deep expertise in communicative issues regarding the agricultural and food industry. Previously, Frida has worked for several years in HR with talent, recruitment and leadership issues.
Niclas Karnhill
Niclas is Head of Press and PR at Lantmännen and is visible in the media about, among other things, crisis communication and trust issues. With experience as a senior communications expert at both companies and PR agencies, he has a broad perspective on media issues – whether it is private or the public sector. Niclas has written several columns about Almedalen as an event and phenomenon.
