The approved extra dividend amounts to MSEK 750. The dividend includes a refund and supplementary payment of SEK 375 million, as well as a contribution dividend of MSEK 375.
Refunds and supplementary payment shall be calculated on the members' purchases from Lantmännen Agriculture Sweden, Lantmännen Machinery and Swecon’s Swedish operations, as well as the members’ sales of grain, oilseeds, pulses and forages to Lantmännen Agriculture Sweden. In both cases, during the period 1 January, 2024 – 31 December, 2024. Contribution dividend shall be based on the members’ total contribution capital (paid-in and issued) as of 30 September 2025.
"The divestment of Swecon means that the Board can propose an extra dividend to the members, while maintaining the equity ratio at a good level. I know that the money is needed on the farms, and it is gratifying that Lantmännen can continue to contribute to the development of Swedish farming and an increased Swedish primary production," says Jan-Erik Hansson, Chairman of Lantmännen's Board of Directors.
The extra dividend is conditional upon the completion of the sale of the shares in Swecon Anläggningsmaskiner AB, Entrack Sverige AB and Swecon Baumaschinen GmbH, and that Lantmännen has received the purchase consideration. If the sale of Swecon is not completed or the purchase consideration for the shares in Swecon is not received, no dividend will be paid.
The date for payment of the dividend is no later than two weeks after Lantmännen has received the purchase consideration for the sale of Swecon. The divestment of Swecon is awaiting approval from authorities and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.
