Lantmännen's Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or a written agreement entered into is incomplete (e.g. without reference to Lantmännen's general terms and conditions for goods and services or Lantmännen's Supplier Code of Conduct), you as a Supplier confirm that upon receipt of orders from Lantmännen, the following shall be Between the parties:

  1. The Supplier shall send an order confirmation with the expected delivery date directly to the Client's email within one (1) working day. Suppliers undertake to be aware of the Client's changes to orders and to confirm such changes, or to notify them if the change cannot be made.
  2. Delivery shall take place within the agreed delivery time to the Client's delivery address as ordered. Any deviations from the order (e.g. if delivery time cannot be met) must be notified to the Client as soon as possible.
  3. The order includes (if possible), transportation, handling and service costs or similar in the total amount that will be invoiced.
  4. The cost on the order shows the net price after any deductions, discounts or similar.
  5. If a fixed price has not been agreed in writing in advance between the parties, the amount stated on the order is indicative. In such cases, the amount invoiced to the Client must be approved by the Client before the invoice is sent to the Client.
  6. 30 days payment according to the Accounting Act applies from the invoice date, provided that delivery has been completed. In cases where there is a written contract with Lantmännen, the payment period agreed between both parties shall apply.
  7. The Client wishes the Supplier to invoice at each time of order (joint invoicing over time only by agreement).
  8. In order for the Client to be able to match the order against the invoice, the invoice must contain the Client's reference person and order number in the invoice header as provided under https://lantmannen.com/lantmannensleveransportal/fakturakrav/.
  9. In addition to the above, Lantmännen's general terms and conditions for goods and services, Lantmännen's Code of Conduct, also apply.
