On May 25, 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force in all EU/EEA countries. GDPR imposes several requirements on legal entities (e.g. limited liability companies, foundations, associations or authorities) that process personal data in their respective operations and the responsibility to comply with GDPR lies with each legal entity, i.e. for Lantmännen's part, each Lantmännen company.

In order to meet the regulation's requirement to inform individuals whose personal data is processed, Lantmännen has GDPR-adapted forms and information texts in relation to you as an account applicant, account holder, elected representative and member of Lantmännen.

Below are downloadable documents with information about what personal data is processed about you as an account applicant, account holder, elected representative and member of Lantmännen in connection with your application for an account and membership, ongoing administration of your agreement and your activities as an elected representative and member. The documents are also available for download from the document centre, see the menu to the left.

Should you wish to receive a printed copy, you are welcome to contact the Cashier Service, tel. 0771–111 225, to get access to this.
