Transfer and withdrawal

If you as a member want to transfer your ownership to another existing member or if you want to leave the economic association, you will find more information below.

Transfer application

In the event of a transfer, a member transfers his or her ownership to another member. If the transferee is not a member, he or she must apply for membership within six months. In the case of transfers to several members, one form per share is required. If the acquirer's application is not approved, the capital will be paid to the acquirer in accordance with the rules for the departing member.

Notification of withdrawal

To report resignation, use BankID. If you do not have BankID or have several signatories, you can download the withdrawal notification as a PDF at the document centre. You can also download the resignation notification directly here.

Upon resignation, contributions and credits are paid out in accordance with the statutes. The main rule is that payments are made over three years, with one third each year on 30 June. Exceptions are made for estates, bankruptcy or if the amount is SEK 50,000 or less, in which case payment is made the year after the withdrawal. Savings can be withdrawn at any time via LM2 or by contacting the Cashier Service.
