Membership

As a member of Lantmännen, you are both a business partner and owner of Lantmännen. You are a partner in a business that refines the grain that is produced and is involved in managing the land for future generations.

You, as a member, are an important part of our company and your commitment drives us forward. In addition, all members have the opportunity to influence how Lantmännen is governed. 

As a member, you are:

  • One of the owners of an agriculturally owned economic association
  • Entitled to your share of the refund and payment that is distributed
  • Participate in the association with a contribution calculated based on your turnover with the association

and you can: 

  • Actively participate in the association and vote at district meetings
  • Through motions, drive development and change
  • Elected to various assignments within Lantmännen
  • Get a share of any future stake issues and stake interest

Important dates

Voluntary amortisation of contributions: Notify before 31 March if you want to let more than half of the arrears, refund and contribution distribution go as contribution payment. 

Supplementary payment of stake: Do this before 30 June if you do not meet the basic stake or the stake obligation.
