We want to meet our customers and members and tell more about what Lantmännen is. We also want to gather input from younger members and customers, those who will be Lantmännen's main target group in the future.

Through the program, we want to:  

• Increase interest and understanding of Lantmännen as a business partner and of the cooperative form of ownership. 
• Have active and knowledgeable members.
• Get ideas on how Lantmännen can develop Swedish agriculture and meet the needs and expectations of future members.
• Increase interest in becoming an elected representative in Lantmännen.
• Give knowledge and create a network for participants to develop their own business.

The program is primarily aimed at those who are in the start-up of their entrepreneurship or their working life in the agricultural sector. To get the best leverage from the program and from the other participants, we believe that you are somewhere between 20 - 36 years old. Please note that you do not need to have your own farm or be a customer/member to participate.

Based on those who have been nominated and registered, Lantmännen will select around 20 participants with a suitable distribution across the country and with a balance in gender, interests and production directions.
