Lantmännen’s graduate trainee program popular with students
The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to give new graduates a broad start through rotations across different parts of the business and a structured training setup.
"Our Graduate Trainee Program gives participants a clear entry point into Lantmännen and a unique opportunity to build networks early, gain experience, and develop a holistic understanding of our operations," says Carina Eriksson, Head of Learning & Talent Development at Lantmännen.

Categories and timing: Through its own and other student networks, Karriärföretagen conducted a poll during December 2025–January 2026 to identify the 10 most attractive trainee programs in six categories: economists, IT, social sciences, real estate agents, MSc engineering students, and BSc engineering students.
Participants: A total of 2,489 students took part across the six categories.
Selection: Respondents selected three employers with trainee programs they considered most attractive from all trainee programs published by designated Career Companies on Karriärföretagen’s website. Students chose from about 115 employers with trainee programs listed there.
