This is an exciting newly created role in our customer supply chain team you will be responsible for ensuring that stock is managed, rotated, and reconciled in a timely manner in our ERP system.

You will be great at:

  • ERP system is advantageous e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel (VLOOKUP & pivot tables) and Power Point
  • Sound communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures (desirable)

You'll be responsible for:

  • Process and resolution of any Inventory errors
  • Investigating any stock discrepancies
  • Processing Customer returns
  • Weekly stock graphs & reporting
  • Investigation and reporting of stock reconciliation

You'll know:

  • ERP Knowledge – AX Microsoft Dynamics, BI
  • Strong understanding of physical transactions in EDI, ERP system and P&L postings
  • Understanding of Warehouses and Logistics processes

You'll be:

  • A valid driving license holder
