An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Shift Leader to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our factory in Pantelimon, Ilfov.

This is what you will do:
In this role, you will organize, plan, coordinate, and control the production activities in order to achieve the production plan.


This is what you need to succeed:

  • Monitor and ensure the smooth run of the production process, including activities related to dough processing, packaging, storage, refrigeration, under maximum safety conditions;
  • Coordinate the shift team and provide feedback;
  • Handle the timesheet for the production shift, including the management of absenteeism;
  • Inspect equipment and report the need for repairs or replacements to the maintenance team; contribute, alongside maintenance team, to the corrective and preventive maintenance;
  • Ensure the availability of raw materials and that finished goods are properly packaged, reported in ERP and stored;
  • Participate to the monthly raw materials inventory;
  • Ensure that all quality parameters of the products are meet;
  • Monitor and report specific production KPIs (eg. OEE, waste, energy, etc);
  • Fulfill de production plan and report any deviation;
  • Contribute to the optimization of existing products/processes and execute the implementation of new products/processes;
  • Evaluate the performance of subordinate staff;
  • Assess and report the development needs; contribute to the development plan of the subordinated staff.

This is what you need to succeed:

  • High school diploma is preferred
  • At least 3 years previous experience in a similar role, within a FMCG company, preferably food industry
  • Any related certification represents an advantage
  • Fluent in Romanian
  • Good level of English
  • Availability to work in shifts (including night shift)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
