Currently we are looking for a Customer Quality Officer to join our Lantmännen Unibake team in

This is what you will do :

You will be part of our awesome Customer Quality team where you will assure that information and customer portals are kept up to date to facilitate creation of new articles and address customer questions.

Your main responsibilities will be :

  • You will give technical support and update our ERP system to ensure new article creation
  • You will create and maintain Quality Master data (e.g. specs, declarations, nutrition calculation, ingredients lists, label information, ...)
  • You will ensure accuracy and compliance toward Unibake Quality Master data processes at all times
  • You will make sure that labelling is in line with (current and changing) legislation and assess non-conformities and complaints accordingly
  • You will provide, maintain and update information/answers to customers respecting given deadlines
  • You will collaborate with different Lantmännen affiliates to exchange information about intercompany products
  • You will review and assess customer requirements vs our internal product specifications

Who are you ?

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in food science & technology or equivalent by experience
  • You also have 1 to 3 years relevant experience within a quality position in food industry
  • You have been working with Quality Management and food safety systems
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder skills on different levels (internal and external)
  • You are a team player with an open mindset for improvement and change
  • You have an eye for detail and you make responsible decisions according to (fast changing) rules and regulations
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (writing and speaking), knowledge of French is an asset
