An exciting opportunity has arisen for Assistant Controller (fixed-term contract) to join our Vilniaus duona team.

This is what you will do

As an Assistant Controller you will become a part of the Controllers team tasked with implementing the strategy of the Fresh Bread business area. Your responsibilities include conducting calculations and analyses to support decision-making processes. You will oversee data verification and reporting within the designated business area.

Primary areas of responsibility:

  • Maintain key performance indicators.
  • Participate in product costing calculation process in Fresh Bread Baltics.
  • Take part in preparing Fresh Bread Baltics operations management reporting.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting process for Fresh Bread Baltics operations, in cooperation with Baltics Operation Controller, Country Controller and Operation management.
  • Support Baltics Operation Controller and Country Controller in monthly closing activities.
  • Support Baltics Operations Controller, Country Controller and Production management & co-operates in different tasks related to controlling area.
  • Support ERP transition process related to controlling.

This is what you need to succeed:

You have:

  • University or college degree in the field of management accounting, economics, industrial engineering, or graduating in related study programs.
  • Understanding and skills in finance and controlling processes and tools. Experience in finance and controlling field would be an advantage.
  • Good command of MS Office tools (especially Excel) is a must. MS Power BI skills would be an advantage.
  • ERP, reporting and planning system understanding. Knowledge of reporting tools (ERP, BI), experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations would be an advantage.
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking. Ability to process, analyze data and present results.
  • Good English (written and spoken) skills.
  • Industry or FMCG area experience would be an advantage.

Monthly salary (gross) offer starts from 2000 Eur (Gross) plus annual bonus based on the company's performance. Exact salary will be offered based on candidate’s competencies, experience, and compliance with position requirements.
