An exciting opportunity has arisen for Senior HR Business Partner to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Londerzeel.
Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for the bakery industry? We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner with international expertise to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growing bakery business.
This is what you will do
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving our HR strategy and ensuring alignment with our business objectives. Your focus will be on developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, attract top talent, and enhance employee engagement.
Primary areas of responsibility:
- Collaborating closely with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of organizational goals.
- Providing expert guidance and consultation on a wide range of HR matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR policy development.
- Leading and managing international HR projects, such as talent management, policy development, and cultural integration.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including functional leaders (focus on sales & marketing), to ensure HR initiatives are effectively implemented and deliver positive outcomes.
- Staying current with HR trends and best practices, leveraging this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our HR function.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering, ideally in a multinational or global organization.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws across multiple european countries.
- Proven ability to lead and execute HR projects on an international scale.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset.
- A bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree or relevant HR certifications will be advantageous.
