OT Security Manager

What you will do

As the OT Security Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the security framework within Lantmännen’s OT ecosystem. You’ll work closely with both Operations and IT, coordinating governance forums across various business areas. This role requires you to balance tactical oversight with operational support, helping OT Coordinators and Plant Managers secure both legacy systems and new factory builds.

Your primary focus will be setting security policies and defining mandatory requirements for OT systems, ensuring adherence to standards like IEC 62443 and ISO 27001. While the implementation of technical solutions will be handled by the Infrastructure & Operations team and external vendors, you will ensure that these efforts meet the necessary security standards and are continuously improved. You'll also play a critical role in leading systematic cybersecurity initiatives, identifying vulnerabilities, and guiding improvements.

Additionally, you will advise on OT-related projects, ensuring that security is considered from the design phase through implementation. You’ll oversee compliance by managing audits and assessments to ensure OT security requirements are consistently met across the organization for example through OT Security Governance forums.

Beyond technical responsibilities, you will engage stakeholders and lead change management efforts, ensuring a shared understanding of OT security requirements. By providing training and fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness, you will help build a strong security mindset across the organization.

You will report to Lantmännen CISO, and be based in Stockholm or Malmö and occasional travel to our production facilites will occur.


This is what you need to succeed

You have

  • Extensive experience in industrial automation, ideally within a complex and global organization.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity standards, such as IEC 62443 or ISO 27001.
  • Strong process management skills, with experience in methodologies like ITIL.
  • Proven ability to lead change management efforts and influence stakeholders in cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in defining and enforcing OT security policies and requirements.
  • Ability to navigate both legacy systems and new infrastructure projects with ease.
