An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Master Data Specialist to join our Lantmännen Unibake USA team at our office in St. Petersburg, Florida.

This is what you will do:

The ERP Master Data Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing the master data set within the organization's ERP system. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across various business areas. The analyst collaborates with different departments to implement data standards, maintain data integrity, and support business processes through effective data management. Exemplifies effective communication and supports change management by identifying and communicating insights and potential upstream/downstream impacts to changes and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management and Quality Assurance:

  • Maintain and update master data in the ERP system, including but not limited to customer data, vendor data, item data, and pricing data.
  • Perform regular data quality checks and audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and implement data cleansing and data enrichment strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with various departments such as finance, sales, procurement, and IT to understand their data requirements.
  • Assist in integrating ERP data with other business systems and platforms.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on data entry and data management best practices.

Data Governance and Standards:

  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain data standards and definitions for master data elements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and protection regulations.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and integrity.
  • Analyze data trends and provide insights to support business decision-making.
  • Identify areas for data-driven improvements and efficiencies.

Project Management:

  • Participate in ERP implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure master data requirements are met.
  • Manage data migration and integration activities during system transitions.

This is what you need to succeed:

Education & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of related experience in data management, within an ERP environment.

Your “power skills”

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX2012 etc.) and their data structures.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, SO99, Excel, Power BI, TM1).

  • Bonus potential: There is an opportunity to earn up to 10% of annual salary based on the Company attaining the sales and profitability goals established by the SLT (senior leadership team) for each calendar year and achievement of personal objectives. All bonus payments are discretionary and reviewed by the President each year.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 days of PTO annually, which is to be used for vacations, personal days off and sick days. At your 5- and 10-year anniversary, the accrual rate will increase to reflect an additional 5 days of PTO each.

  • Holidays: 9 paid holidays per year

Job Environment:

  • The role is based in St. Petersburg, FL with some travel required.

  • Hybrid work schedule (preferably 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) & flexibility to be fully onsite during project work. Demands of the role will vary during busy times, ie strategic planning, pricing changes, budgets, and projects.

Expected travelling days: TBD (10-20% travel, both domestic and international)
