An exciting opportunity has arisen for Logistic Manager to join our Vilniaus duona team.

This is what you will do

As an Logistic Manager you will be a member of Vilniaus duona leadership team and manages and develops warehousing and distribution function of fresh business in Lithuania in order to ensure all flows and processes are optimal and performance is in accordance with long-term business objectives.

Primary areas of responsibility:

  • Determination of short and long-term strategies and objectives for the supply chain function in Lithuania aligned with business objectives and strategies.
  • Cost optimization and budget management (cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting, vendor negotiation).
  • Data analytics and performance management (KPI tracking & development, data analysis, continuous improvement).
  • Operational planning (route optimization, capacity planning).
  • Ensuring that the supply chain processes and systems in Lithuania are up-to-date.
  • Ensuring that the supply chain function and operations in Lithuania are organized and managed effectively.
  • Ensuring that all activities are handled in line with quality and health & safety regulations and standards.
  • Managing, motivating and developing own team to meat their targets.

This is what you need to succeed:

You have:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in supply-chain/logistics area.
  • At least 5 years experience in the field of logistics logistics/supply-chain field.
  • Managerial experience of at least 5 years.
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain (especially in FMCG area), its flows & processes. Industry or FMCG area experience would be an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of contracts and delivery terms and conditions.
  • Excellent commercial and financial knowledge.
  • Good knowledge in common IT tools.
  • Experience in working with BI and ERP system (Microsoft AX and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is considered as plus).
  • Ability to process, analyze data and present results.
  • Good English (written and spoken) skills.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.

What we offer

Monthly salary (gross) offer starts from 4200 Eur (Gross) plus annual bonus based on the company's performance. Final offer will based on candidate's competencies, experience and compliance with position requirements.
