Import/Export - Customer Service Advisor

As a Import/Export - Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for processing international customers orders and produce Export/Import paperwork for transporters to cross the borders in an efficient and timely manner. To liaise with Technical department, hauliers, 3PL’s and brokers to ensure we are compliant with the regulations for all Export/Import orders.

You will be great at:

  • Processing customer orders and deal with any queries from the customer
  • Ensuring orders are processed accurately
  • Working in a team and on your own initiative
  • Supporting the stock control process

You have:

  • A high level of computer and IT literacy, preferably using MRP or ERP systems
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer services, supply chain or export environment
  • Experience of all windows-based systems within the working environment
  • Working knowledge of AX12 software or equivalent would be an advantage
