Finance & IT Director

This is what you will do
As Finance & IT Director for Unibake Sweden you will be a key business partner in the Swedish management team where you will have responsibility for the finance and IT function. You will lead and manage the finance operations, taking ownership and accountability for P&L, balance sheet, strategic planning, budget, projects, forecasting and other related business processes. Additionally, you will secure financial governance, transparency, reporting and compliance according to the business strategy and to global Unibake standards. Together with your team you will ensure the contribution to the delivery of the short and long business objectives.

Unibake Sweden is part of Lantmännen, as well as Unibake International, a global player with a broad range of well-established B2B and B2C brands. In the position as Finance & IT Director, you are not only part of the Swedish executive management team, but you will also work with Unibake Group CFO at Unibake’s headquarters in Copenhagen. At Unibake Sweden we have some market leading brands e.g. Korvbrödsbagarn, Bonjour and Hatting and in the following years, we have high ambitions in growing our business. In order to grow, you might be working with investment projects, and you are expected to work closely to our business and develop relationships and collaboration on both local- and group level.

You will have managerial responsibility of four direct reports, consisting of a Business Controlling Manager, Accounting Manager and on-site IT Specialists. In total, the Finance and IT team consists of 10 people and as a leader we expect you to provide strategic direction and guidance, motivating your team towards operational excellence as well as helping them grow as individuals.

This position is located at the Lantmännen head office in Stockholm. Business traveling to our production site in Örebro, where you have part of the finance team, as well as to the head office of Unibake International in Copenhagen is required. You will report to the Managing Director Sweden and part of the finance community at Unibake International and Lantmännen.


This is what you need to succeed:

You have:

  • Extensive experience from a similar role as Finance Director, CFO or Head of Business Control, preferably from a matrix organisation where you are used to take both local and group perspective into consideration.
  • Experience from a company with a strong sales organisation, as well as production / operations. If you have experience from food production or FMCG it is considered a plus.
  • An academic degree within business or finance.
  • Extensive leadership experience where you have been leading other managers and finance professionals.
  • Preferably worked with organizations in growth, having had exposure to capex investments.
  • Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English.
