Communications Specialist

As part of Lantmännen's Group Function Communications & Marketing, you'll be working alongside other engaged and motivated colleagues and collaborate on various projects, processes, and tools, including people branding, external and internal communication, marketing, brand experience, and social media.

Here's what you will do

As a Communications Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in both internal and external communication. You'll lead different communication projects, from crafting comprehensive plans and identify communication opportunities to creating compelling content like presentations, events, articles, blog posts, newsletters and reports for various communication channels, such as web, intranet, social media, and magazines. You will work with and project lead communication activities within different areas, however our initiatives within sustainability and our concept ‘Farming of the Future’ will be a main focus area. You will also be involved in the team's overall work to develop and improve communications at Lantmännen and cooperate with other team members on other topics such as employer branding, PR and marketing. You will asl well work in close collaboration with colleagues from other functions and sectors within Lantmännen.


You have:

  • 5+ years of experience leading internal- and external communication projects.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in Swedish and English, with the ability to simplify complex information and communicate in an effective and professional way.
  • Experience from and interest in working with sustainability related communication initiatives.
  • Familiar in working on projects, meeting deadlines as well as collaborating with different parties, both internally and externally, with a strong will to understand the business.
  • Experience from large organizations, preferably global companies.
  • Relevant higher education within communication, marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.

The position is placed at our headquarter at Kungsholmen in Stockholm. You will be reporting to the Senior Vice President & Head of Communications and Marketing.
