Borgeby fältdagar - agricultural fair
On Wednesday, June 24, the agricultural fair Borgeby fältdagar opens its gates for the eleventh time. Fair organizers HIR Malmöhus are of course hoping for good weather – and that the visitor records from last year will be broken. As usual, Lantmännen is among the exhibitors and offers experiences, information and refreshments.
”We want our visitors to see the diversity that is offered – and to be able to meet both exhibitors and colleagues in their own tempo. That is why we have decided to keep the fair open one hour longer than usual on the second day of the fair, more precisely until 5 PM,” says Project Manager Johannes Åkerblom.
Borgeby fältdagar wants to be the fair for all professional farmers in northern Europé. For two whole days, visitors are invited to take part of the latest in agriculture; from traditional crops to niche crops and horticulture. There will also be practical hardware demonstrations, seminars on current topics and company exhibitions. One of the attractions is this year’s corn contest, with Lantmännen as one of the arranging companies.
Lantmännen attracts
In Lantmännen’s tents, there will be information on wheat strategies, potatoes – and much more. Lantmännen Lantbruk will present a new grain agreement before this year’s harvest. All visitors can also win Lantmännen products in a lottery – and there are refreshments for the hungry visitors.
Lantmännen Anläggnings- och Lantbruksmaskiner focuses on showing Valtra’s new models; S, Versu and Direct – as well as offering test drives of the models. Products from Claas and Fendt are also shown, as well as large parts of the tool range.
The Borgeby fältdagar fair is open between 9 AM and 7 PM on June 24, and between 9 AM and 5 PM on June 25. Read more at www.borgebyfaltdagar.se.
