Lantmännen's international trainee programme
Lantmännen's Trainee programme covers 15 months. You will be given a comprehensive picture of our nuanced international Group. - Four work experience periods give insight, knowledge and experience of the various different parts of the group. You will be located abroad for at least one period.
- Training blocks run in parallel with the work experience periods. They gather the whole trainee group together and provide a good platform within many important areas such as leadership, project management and business skills.
- Follow-up, coaching and recharging take place between the work experience periods, both as a group and individually.
- Your placement and your continued work within the Group will be discussed during the programme.
- Completion consists of a summary, evaluation and a diploma ceremony.
