Our international trainee programme helps to ensure the Group's long-term supply of competent managers and co-workers for key positions. As a trainee we offer you a unique start to your career. 

Lantmännen operates in 19 countries, for examples in Norway, Sweden, the Baltic states, Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Spain and USA. The Group's business activities are based in Sweden. We reach customers in nearly 50 countries the world over.

As a trainee with us you are employed in one of the largest groups in Scandinavia in food, energy and agriculture. You will be working with well-known brands such as Axa, Regal, Kronfågel, Danpo, Kungsörnen, Pastridor, Hatting, Skoga and Regal.

In a more general perspective you will be contributing to Lantmännen’s vision of a healthier society, sustainable use of energy, and a dynamic agriculture.

The trainee programme extends over 15 months and provides an overall view of the entire group and our work. You receive a personal mentor from inside the company and training in project management, leadership and business practices. You work with key persons in the company and build up a network that will promote your career for many years ahead.

Our trainee programme is certified and open for recently graduated agricultural scientists, natural scientists, engineers, economists and behavioral scientists.
