Refund and price adjustment

Refunds are calculated on the feed and crop production products members have purchased from the association. Price adjustments are calculated on the crop production products members have sold to the association. Refunds and price adjustments are part of member shares in the profits of the association. The scope of refunds or price adjustments depend on two things: firstly, the profit made by the association during the year, and secondly the turnover a member has in the association. The level for refunds and price adjustments is set by the association's Board of Directors.
