A special code has been established on the basis of international standards for corporate management. It sets comprehensive requirements for the nomination processes and committees of the companies, the composition of their boards, and the issue of information concerning corporate management and internal controls.

Association Code

A special code has also been established for the agricultural cooperatives (designated the Association Code, and intended for the control of cooperative agricultural associations and companies). A work group with representatives from LRF (Federation of Swedish Farmers) and Lantmännen, and a control group with representatives from other agricultural cooperatives, have been responsible for the development of the code.
