The Division is a profit centre and support unit at Group level, which manages most of the parent company's 300 properties at 200 locations across Sweden.

The Division also manages the property companies Kungsholmsgatan 160 and Agconfas AB. The properties are commercial premises such as offices, shops, workshops and warehouses. Approx. 75 percent of these are let internally.

In addition to property management, the Division is also responsible for design and sales. There is also a support function for Group units which have their own properties. The business is organised in 3 regions, each with its own regional manager, property managers, project managers and administration.
